In 2007 I began work at my local church helping out with tech and general production needs, one of which was running the lighting console. After attending a creative arts conference in Chicago, IL I was absolutely hooked on this craft called lighting design. Over the years I went from operating simple conventional fixtures with gel and other practical effects to operating moving lights and video elements.
